Managing Director

Dr. Muhammad Aslam

Dr. Muhammad Aslam is the Managing Director of Islamabad Group. A successful entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in the poultry industry, he is a renowned businessman and a well known in the poultry as well as the business world. Attentive to detail, competitive, forward looking and philanthropic, he is the pioneer of the poultry industry, showing how successful companies are built from scratch in an emerging industry.

He is actively involved in several philanthropic endeavors, which focus on health, human services, community development and education.

Dr. Aslam has received numerous awards and recognitions for his commitment to the common good, improvement of local communities and poultry industry and is currently running a charity based school in Gogera, Okara. He was declared businessman of the year in 2007 by Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

General Manager Production

Dr. Munawar Ali

Dr. Munawar is the General Manager of the company’s production department. He graduated from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, scoring a distinction upon which he joined Arbor Acres Pakistan as an Assistant Farm Manager. From there, he joined Pano Feed Industries as a Production Controller and finally made his way to Islamabad Group as the General Manager. He has been with the company ever since, amassing valuable experience of over 40 years as a poultry specialist including Feed formulation, Farm management, ventilation and Biosecurity practices.

He has written many technical articles throughout his career catering to different topics and subjects in national as well as international poultry magazines and has also delivered lectures in Pakistan and abroad. Being one of the best production managers in the country, he has attended multiple poultry conferences as the company’s representative, taking part in international trainings.

Chief Financial officer

Muhammad Sajjad Khan

Mr. Muhammad Sajjad gained his Masters degree in Business Administration from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. In 1994, he started his distinguished career as Finance executive from Micro electronics International, which is one of Pakistan’s top manufacturers of hi-tech communication gadgets. He also worked with foreign companies like German Lahmyer Int. & UK based Knight Piesold as their overseas representative.

He joined Islamabad Group in 1999 as Finance Manager. In the last 20 years, he has worked in all important positions of the group, having specialization in the areas of Corporate Governance and expertise in financial services, Accounting, Internal Audit, Supply chain Management and International trade.

He also attended different courses and conferences and exhibitions in Pakistan and abroad. As the CFO of the group, he has transformed the company’s corporate image in a distinguished manner, earning an excellent reputation for the company, both in terms of customers and other stakeholders.

Managing Partner

Masood Abbasi

Mr. Masood is the son of Haji Abbas, the co-founder of the group and is the second generation in the company. As the major stakeholder of the group, he got involved in the company at a young age, learning the business with his father’s wisdom and experience. After completing his education, he joined the business full-time alongside his father for further strengthening the roots of the business. His hard work and dedication made Islamabad farms a success in the poultry sector.

Today, he is a part of the senior management team of the group, managing hatcheries, production and logistic departments.

Managing Partner

Dr. Azhar Mehmood

Dr Azhar graduated from UVAS, Lahore as a DVM. He was a friend of Dr Aslam, who studied in the same university. Possessing the technical expertise about poultry, he joined hands with Dr Aslam in starting the company and became a major force in running the business smoothly.

He is a part of the top management team, looking after the smooth operations of hatcheries.
